In my previous post, I told you about maybe moving out of the Mulberry into a compact size Filofax again. I just needed more writing space after all. Well, that having set, I just tried this out in my Compact Regency. I haven’t blogged about this transfer, though.
I decided the Compact black Luxe was very appealing to me as, it’s black, luxurious and I really, really like the pockets and lay out. As this being the same range as the Osterley, I expect this to also lay flat in time. So does my Regency Compact, which allows me to keep enough inserts in there in order to make this work.
Well, I paid FULL RRP (Euro 129, – ex. P&P) for the Compact Luxe at Filofax Germany and it arrived yesterday. I was very exited for it to arrive!!! I also tried to restore my trust in owning/purchasing a Filofax once again. You guys know I’ve considered quitting this Blog…And then this happened.. .
Very unfortunate and out of love with Filofax again. Such a sad, sad thing
This looked all pretty neat. Just as I expected it to be, color wise and lay out wise and type of leather. I’ve done a lot of hunting it down on the Internet. Going with the black, seemed to work out as well.Just look….
Actually, it didn’t happen to me. It already had, during transit I guess. I’m not sure. Or maybe it was already this way, when they’d sent it to me… Not sure.
I’ve sent them an email with these pictures added today. I’ve asked them for a full refund. To bad it also costed me 10 Euro to have it shipped to the Netherlands. Such a waste! I’m totally put off by Filofax about now!
Miss alignment is one thing, but this is just about a whole different level. Can you even imagine, having sent over a Filofax, from Filofax itself, looking like this? It’s just completely Filofax Horror!
Just the rings and the inserts. Perhaps they should stop putting the inserts in the actual Filofax before they send it out It should be a way better idea to separately put the inserts in the packaging. Much better for the rings.
I still can’t understand how this has happened. The package itself and wrapping was still in perfect shape, so I guess it happened prior to the dispatch process.
What do you guys think?
